The restaurant attached offers really good service from all staff. The hotel is very quiet, clean, and comfortable. Transit to sites is just outside the door. I found many forms of transit available.
The pillows were not the best quality.

I found the breakfast DELICIOUS, with many choices available. The staff WERE friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful with directions. The room was super clean, i mean Super clean, and spacious. The quiet neighborhood contributed to restful nights.
The pillows COULD have been a little plusher. They felt somewhat flat to me.

The hotel is within walking distance of attractions. It sits on top of the hill NEAR Buda Castle. Fisherman's Bastion is also easily accessible from the hotel.

The staff was friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The location has excellent transport links (buses ran every 5 minutes). I had a great selection for breakfast and enjoyed a lovely dinner in the bistro.
The pillows were completely flat with no cushion. Bed linen had an odour (maybe because of old furniture). I noticed the curtains in the room need to be changed. It was impossible to sleep after 5:30AM if you are someone who prefers a darker room to sleep.

the washbasin was broken in my room. the hotel didn't give slippers and said they were only for better rooms. omg, i received slippers at 3-star hotels.
